I’ve received the plan from a friend – a very bad copy of the metabolism plan. You do it for 14 days, every 2 years. It promises a minimum 9 kg loss. But you have to do everything exactly, otherwise it says that you’re wasting your time.
We started yesterday. Weighed in early morning.
Breakfast: black coffee, no sugar. As much as you like.
*blegh* Ricoffy this way is friggin’ nasty. Switched over to Jacobs for the 2nd cup.
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and spinach with salt.
Wasn’t that bad. Actually decided to include spinach more in the normal eating plan after this.
Dinner: large steak with green salad and 1 fruit. (All the veggies in the salad must be green).
Salad comprised of lettuce, cucumber, baby marrows, celery, green peppers and avo. Massive dinner.
Weight: 300 grams down this morning.
Hoping for the best.
PS: Will do a daily update for the next 13 days.
PPS: Do not know what I will tell the dietician on my next weigh-in on the 12th if this works as it promises.
