Kickstart your metabolism: day 2

Ok then, day 2 is done and dusted.

Breakfast: black coffee no sugar and 1 slice wholewheat toast with a scraping of butter

Nescafe tastes better black and bitter.

Lunch: medium steak, green salad and 1 fruit

No problem here.

Dinner: cooked ham – as much as you like.

We’ve each had about 400 grams of cooked ham. Only ham. Wasn’t that bad.

Weight: 500 grams down this morning.

Still hoping for the best.


PS: Severely missing Coke Zero as we’re only allowed black coffee, water and soda water.
