Kickstart your metabolism: day 3

11 days to go. Must say I get a bit peckish around 5 in the afternoons.

Breakfast: black coffee no sugar and 1 slice wholewheat toast with a scraping of butter

No issue with the black bitter coffee.

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, green salad and fresh tomatoes.

I don’t think I’ve ever had as much salad in 3 days as these last 3.

Dinner: Cooked ham and green salad.

Again, with the salad thing. We use: lettuce, green peppers, baby marrows, celery & avo. Not bad.

Weight: 200 grams down this morning.

Still hoping for the best.

PS: AND it is that time of the month – when I’m normally bloated and feels like a bus. Not bad at all.
