Kickstart your metabolism: day 7

Halfway done, I have mixed emotions . . .

Breakfast: Tea with lemon, no sugar or milk

No toast? Awwww . . . .

Lunch: grilled steak and any fresh fruits

Had some pineapple and pawpaw with the steak, was good.

Dinner: now you can eat anything you like

For a whole week, we’ve dreamed about Saturday-night. About mac and cheese, lasagne, meatballs, etc. We had soup and bread. It’s cold in SA and we thought that it would be best to keep within the dietician’s dietary limits as close as we could. We had a generous portion of veggie soup with mince and grilled bread with soft cheese on top.

Weight: 400 grams up.

Not good. But is was sooooo nice . . .
