Kickstart your metabolism: day 8

Repeating the whole process from day 1 – so this is actually day 1 (2).

Breakfast: black coffee without sugar – as much as you like.

No problem. Milo would have been nice, though.

Lunch: two boiled eggs and spinach with salt.

Was hoping for stew, ate the eggs & spinach. Fine.

Dinner: Big grilled steak, green salad and 1 fruit

No issue, had steak, green salad and pawpaw.

Weight: 0 grams up/down – standstill from yesterday’s weigh-in

Fine. Hopefully there will be more progress this week.
