This is not going as expected..
Breakfast: black coffee no sugar and 1 slice wholewheat toast with a scraping of butter
Lunch: medium steak, green salad and 1 fruit
No problem here.
Dinner: cooked ham – as much as you like.
We’ve had less ham than day 2, you can only eat so much ham at a time.
Weight: 200 grams up this morning.
PS: I sorely miss Milo . . .
