Kickstart your metabolism: day 9

This is not going as expected..

Breakfast: black coffee no sugar and 1 slice wholewheat toast with a scraping of butter

No problem.

Lunch: medium steak, green salad and 1 fruit

No problem here.

Dinner: cooked ham – as much as you like.

We’ve had less ham than day 2, you can only eat so much ham at a time.

Weight: 200 grams up this morning.

WTF??

    Byt net vas. Dalk gebeur die dramaties gewigsverlies op die laaste paar dae! En buitendien het die min(der) eet nou al byna ‘n gewoonte geword. Een of ander tyd moet die gewigsverlies inskop!

      Dit beter . . . ek kan aan baie lekkerder dinge dink wat ek kan eet en drink . . . Die gewigsverlies is motivering, maar as ek dan nou MOET optel, kan daar net sowel ‘n rede voor wees . . . .
