*blegh* This is not working like it’s supposed to . . .
Breakfast: black coffee no sugar and 1 slice wholewheat toast with a scraping of butter
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, green salad and fresh tomatoes.
I don’t think I’ve ever had as much salad in 3 days as these few days.
Dinner: Cooked ham and green salad.
Again, with the salad thing. We use: lettuce, green peppers, baby marrows, & avo. Not bad.
Weight: 800 grams up this morning.
If I weight more tomorrow morning AGAIN, I’m binging! Then at least I have a reason for the weight gain.
