Kickstart your metabolism: day 12

This is going nowhere fast . . .

Breakfast: grated carrots with lemon juice and bitter, black coffee.

Had a carrot, forgot the lemon.

Lunch: poached fish and fresh tomatoes.

Two hake fillets and two chopped tomatoes.

Dinner: big steak, green salad and 1 fruit.

I had a medium steak, green salad and forgot the fruit.

Weight: no movement!

*blegh*

      Ek het nog nooit my koffie swart en bitter gedrink nie, maar dis nie so erg nie, ek dink ek sal aanhou daarmee. Solank dit die Ricoffy is nie . . .
